Shipping policy

Delivery charges

• Free delivery on orders of ₹499 or more.
• Orders below ₹499: ₹49 delivery charge.
• Cash on delivery: a ₹30 handling fee applies. It is shown at checkout before you place the order.

Delivery time

• Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 working days.
• Most orders arrive in 3–5 days; remote areas can take up to 7 days. The expected delivery date is shown at checkout and on your order page.
• Delays can happen during festivals, bad weather or courier disruptions. We will keep you updated on WhatsApp.

Where we deliver

We deliver to most pin codes in India. Enter your pin code on any product page to check delivery and cash on delivery availability. If we can’t deliver to your address, checkout will tell you before you pay.

Tracking your order

You will get WhatsApp messages when your order is confirmed, shipped, out for delivery and delivered. You can also see its status any time in My account → Orders.

Failed deliveries

If the courier can’t reach you after repeated attempts, the order is returned to us. Prepaid orders returned this way are refunded, minus any delivery charges.
