These terms apply when you use vedashaorganics.com or buy from Vedasha Organics. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

About us

Vedasha Organics is an online retailer of Ayurvedic medicines, personal care and health food products made by third-party brands such as Himalaya, Dabur, Baidyanath, Zandu and Charak. We do not manufacture these products.

Your account

You log in with your mobile number and a one-time code sent on WhatsApp. Keep your phone secure; you are responsible for orders placed from your account. You must give accurate details, including a correct delivery address.

Products and health information

  • Product descriptions, ingredients and directions come from the manufacturers. Always read the label on the pack before use. Packaging may differ from the photos when manufacturers update their designs.
  • Information on this site, in our journal and in consultations is general wellness guidance. It is not a diagnosis and does not replace advice from your doctor. Consult a qualified doctor before using any product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking other medicines or have a medical condition.
  • Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. The MRP is the maximum retail price printed on the pack.
  • Delivery charges and the cash on delivery fee, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • You can pay online (UPI, cards, net banking) through Cashfree Payments, or with cash on delivery where available. Online orders are confirmed only after the payment succeeds; unpaid online orders are cancelled automatically after 30 minutes.
  • If a price on the site is clearly wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.

Orders

An order is a request to buy. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if a product is out of stock, the address is not serviceable, or we suspect fraud). If we cancel a paid order, we refund the full amount. Quantities may be limited per customer.

Coupons

Coupons apply only as described, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Reviews

Reviews you post must be your own honest experience. Do not post medical claims, personal data, abusive or promotional content. We may remove reviews that break these rules.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no automated scraping or ordering, attempts to break its security, or orders placed for resale.

Intellectual property

The Vedasha name, logo, site design and original content belong to us. Product names, brand names and pack images belong to their respective manufacturers.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for any use of a product against its label directions or medical advice. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.

For any complaint, contact our grievance officer at the details below. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.
